We are specialized in makeup brushes for over 21 years,we have

1、Two production lines: one is curved silk, the other is straight silk.  There are more than 20 machines in total ，the monthly production capacity is 30 tons.

2、7 sets of Zhenxiong brand and 5 sets of Yizumi Brand injection molding machines. There are total 12 sets of injection machines.They can help inject different shapes of plastic ferrule and handles.

3、We have 4 laser printing machines, 10 hot stamping machines, 13 screen printing machines, There are total 27 printing machines to meet the needs of different customers,the monthly production capacity is more than 8 million pcs.

FULL INSPECTION --Finished Brush Inspection

1、The QC will check one by one to control the quality of the brush.  

2、And also the IPQC will check them once every 2 hours.
